Minimum stay is 3 days and a £30 cleaning charge applies to short stays.
We require a (non refundable) deposit of 30% to secure
a booking.
Balance of payment is to be paid six weeks prior to arrival.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday the deposit and balance will be kept but if the property can be let the balance will be refunded.
It is recommended that Holiday Cancellation Insurance be purchased
